ボーボーボーと音を出して、ミステリー走行で動くおもちゃです。でも何故かバスの音がボーボーなのでしょう？

Sound bus
Sale: The 1950s. Toy made from tin, which moves by battery. This toy makes sounds like steam whistle, and moves "mystery action". I wonder….why the bus makes sounds like a steam whistle?
* The toy made from tin was called “Metal toy” at this time.
