Sale: The 1930s. The product made from celluloid, which moves by a flowering fern. There is some meaning in this toy. This figure is compared a person to U.S. President of those days, and the little bee on his head is compared to Japan. Even how much the bee makes noise, the United States is not disturbed at all. It is told, that this figure was made as the social satire
